The Grinch (2018)

The Grinch (2018)
The Grinch is seemingly happy living with his dog, Max, high up in the mountains, overlooking Whoville. But, having a distaste for the happy Who’s living below, he decides to perform one dastardly deed—keep Christmas from coming. Here are a few movie mistakes to look for in 2018’s “The Grinch”.

· When The Grinch is first shown, he’s sleeping in bed. The clock is in the background and the red minute hand shows it’s 7:05 when “Santa Claus Is Coming To Town” starts to play. He throws a book and when it hits the clock, it’s showing 7:00. The book hits the clock and moves the minute hand to 7:05.

· Also during this scene, in the view of the Grinch in bed as he’s throwing things at the clock, there is a blue pillow sticking out from under his bed. It cuts to the farther scene after the Grinch knocks the clock over and the blue pillow has moved. It is now in the middle of the floor with the other items he’s thrown.

· In Whoville, Donna Who is giving her boys oatmeal. Buster knocks his oatmeal off the highchair tray where it lands upside down on the table. It’s still on the table when Cindy Lou starts talking to her mother. When Cindy Lou mentions something is burning, a quick view of the table shows the bowl is back on the highchair tray and the oatmeal mess has been cleaned up. Just before Donna kisses Cindy Lou’s cheek, the bowl can be seen on the floor in the background.

· The Grinch has to go to Whoville for food. When he’s leaving, his front door opens toward the outside. Later, when he comes home and says he has to stop Christmas from coming, the door opens toward the inside.

“The Grinch” (2018) features the voices of Benedict Cumberbatch, Cameron Seely, Rashida Jones, Pharrell Williams, Kenan Thompson, and Angela Lansbury. It runs 85 minutes and is rated PG for brief rude humor.
