IF YOU CHOOSE TO MAKE SEVERAL OF THESE SKEWERS FOR YOUR BARBECUE PARTY, HERE ARE SOME COOKING TIPS TO FOLLOW:
  1. The day before - Cut all of the chicken at once.
  2. Use plastic bags to marinate and write the time to marinate on each bag.
  3. Make sure to skewer them the day before since it can be a long process. Then put the skewers on a baking sheet, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Bring the skewers to room temperature before grilling.
  4. When grilling make sure to grill each type of skewer in a separate spot on the grill, or make sure to wipe down the grill in between skewers so that the marinades or sauces don’t transfer or burn on to your next skewer.

Finally, have fun and enjoy your guests! Enjoy!
